Return / Refund Policy

We have a 2-days return exchange policy on selected products , which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return exchange.

PLEASE NOTE ARTICLES WHICH ARE ON SALE OR MORE THAN 40% SALE ON THE PREVIOUS SEASON COLLECTION ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR SIZE EXCHANGE.

WE REQUEST ALL CUSTOMERS TO MAKE A LIVE VIDEO WHILE OPENING UP THE PACKAGE TO AVOID DISPUTES.

In case of Exchange Rs 299 will be charged as reverse pickup , re shipment and cod charges.

The new product would only be sent after the company receives the product and a proper inspection of the product has been done.

Important Note - Winter Wear, clothing, T-shirts , hoodies, Lowers will be considered for returns only for size issues and defects within 2 days of delivery.

- Please allow us 7 days to process all returns and exchanges.

- Please ensure returned items are unworn, undamaged with all the tags.

Note - The exchange of sizes depends on the stock availability.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

*Shipping Charges and COD charges charged at the time of placing the order is non- refundable.

*We shall charge you shipping charges of Rs.299 in case of reverse pick up and reshipment .

 

Important Points to remember,

  • Return request needs to be within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Your Pickup will be done in 2-3 working days.
  • All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and returned with the original packing and tags when we receive it. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • The refund is subject to your returns meeting the above conditions else returns will not be accepted.

In case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed. 


Exception Refund Policy ( In special cases only on Current season collection - approved by the team -FOR PRODUCTS LESSER THAN 30% DISCOUNT)

Amount Refund:

1. If you cancel the Prepaid Order, the full amount will be refunded to you including shipping charges and COD charges if any.

2. If your refund is accepted - Rs-200/- as Reverse pick up + COD charges will be deducted from the order amount.

3. Once your return is accepted do collect the return pick-up slip from the courier guy.

Mode of Refund:

3. No exchange or return will be initiated without a copy of the physical bill.

4. Exchange can be requested only one time per order.

A - Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order has been placed. Once we received the product, the amount will be processed in 1-2 working days. Your money will be reflected in your account in 5-7 working days.

B-COD Orders: The amount will be transferred to the Bank Account, google pay, Paytm or phone pay mentioned while placing the Return Request and your amount will be reflected in your account within 7 working days of the details.
